We offer a 30-day warranty from the day the item is delivered. The customer assumes the costs of shipping the item back. If an error is made on our behalf, ie. wrong items shipped, shipping fees are waived.

What We Cover:

- Modifying / Unauthorized repairs will automatically void the warranty
- Liquid damage
- Cosmetic imperfections
If the product comes with an authenticity card, it is important to keep it for warranty purposes. Manufacturers will not honour a return without it.
Refunds & Store Credit
If we are unable to fulfill a request for an authorized exchange. We will issue you a store credit; we are unable to issue refunds.
3 Age Verification
3.1 Do I have to be over 18 years of age to order?
Yes! You must be the legal age in your province to make a purchase. New customers will be required to show proof of age to Canada Post to receive your package. For same-day delivery, proof of age is required for first time orders before the delivery is sent out.
4 Same Day Delivery / Shipping
4.1 General Shipping Info
Orders over $75 = free shipping via Canada Post to all of Canada. Estimated delivery time is 2-7 business days. Tracking code will be supplied for each order.

4.4 How does same day shipping work?
You will receive your order on the same day IF:
- your order is complete & paid by 1:30pm on WEEKDAYS
- you live in Edmonton, Sherwood Park or St. Albert
* If you order after 1:45pm on a week day, your delivery will be completed the next business day.
* Orders over $75 qualify for free shipping!!
* If you have special delivery instructions (ie. live in an apartment, you're at work) please provide them in your order notes.
